Acupuncture

acupunctureI am really pleased to be now offering Acupuncture and Dry Needling for pain relief following an intensive training course. Western Acupuncture, or Dry Needling is an effective treatment for persistent painful problems in the lower limbs.

The treatment works by inserting tiny needles into the skin to stimulate nerve fibres increasing blood flow, releasing natural pain relieving chemicals and blocking pain signals to the brain.

Insertion of the needles is not painful, but a deep ache or tingling sensation may be felt which can last for some time after the needles are removed. Other mild side effects can include tiredness, discomfort and bruising.

If you are suffering pain in your legs, feet or ankles which you have been unable to resolve, contact us now to see if Acupuncture can help.

I have a small favour to ask you.
